Manufacture of structures for gas stations "Rosneft"
Rosneft is the leader of the Russian oil sector and the one of the largest global public oil and gas corporations. Rosneft has been a strategic VDS customer since 2014. During the cooperation, VDS improved structures of the style-forming elements of the Rosneft filling stations: pylon and canopy frieze, and brought their production to the master standard.
A 6-meter lightbox frieze of a canopy at “Rosneft” filling stations
We produce a 6-meter lightbox frieze as a single solid structural element. Working on the specialized equipment that forms large-sized products, the VDS production team ensures the standards developed by our engineers.
The lightbox of the «Rosneft» frieze by VDS is the ideal bend, clear geometry of the rib, and a completely rigid integral structure, which holds its shape with regard to operational loads, is resistant to the influence of climatic and other external factors.
Modernization of “Rosneft” price stele
VDS specialists increased the structural rigidity of the Rosneft pylon and made it more refined. At that, the customer’s initial specifications and technical instructions were completely followed.
Workable alloys used in the production of the frame have improved the strength properties of the pylon. This reinforces its resistance to external factors like wind and vibrations during transportation. The logo sign is made using new technology that extends the element in-service life to 10 years while preserving aesthetic and operational characteristics.
Modernization of “Rosneft” price stele
Improvements were also applied in the manufacture of lateral illumination of the pylon and in the painting technology, which increased the soil-repellency properties of the coating.
The overall effect of the price pylon’s modernization resulted in TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) reduction by 8-10%.
“Polyana” full-service complexes by “Rosneft”

In 2019 in the framework of the rebranding program, the VDS team carried out the comprehensive re-equipment of 70 “TNK” retail sites (belong to “Rosneft”). 11 of them were “Rosneft” full-service complexes in a format named “Polyana” (“Glade”). This format was first introduced in Sochi in the run-up to the 2014 Olympics.
VDS Group developed, produced, and installed RVI-structures for branding interior and exterior at “Rosneft” full-service complexes “Polyana” including fuel dispenser canopies, price pylons, friezes, facade solutions, logo, and direction signs.
