The company and the VDS Plant have been working in the field of filling station construction in the markets of Russia, the EU, Kazakhstan, the Baltic States, Belarus, India, and Georgia for more than 27 years. We also design and manufacture parametric objects for large cities in Russia and Kazakhstan.

Requirements for purchased machines
AMADA HFE 3i Sheet bending machine (2 шт)
Technical requirements:
- table length 3170 mm,
- the maximum bending force is 1700 kn.
- the distance between the upper and lower beams is 620 mm.,
- the stroke of the upper beam is 350 mm.
- the option of a sheet escort.
- The sgrip tool mount is quick-release.
- 5-axis rear stops + delta X function.
Coordinate punching press
Technical requirements:
- servo-electric drive
- the stamping force is 30 tons
- the size of the working field is 3000x1500 mm
- travel speed of 100 m/min
- punching speed (pitch 25.4 mm) 400 beats/min
