VDS session for gas station representatives of Dagestan region on May 30-31

From May 30 to 31 VDS Company held a two-day session for the representatives of Dagestan region gas stations, during which the world-class experts in the field of operating business, standardization and capital construction of gas stations shared the accumulated world practices in the field of fuel retailing.
The event was organized for 16 participants from 8 fuel companies - directors of operational business, construction, gas station managers. The session was also attended by Yusup Charaburaev, head of the Dagestan Association of Gas Stations.
May 30, Moscow
The topic of the first day was «The operational business of gas stations». The speaker was Vladimir Komyshev, an expert on the operational business of gas stations.
Among the invited partners are Dmitry Guskov, head of the accompanying goods and services at ORTC, Radik Saitov, head of the analytical agency Omt-consult, and Leonid Ivanov, head of project development at Yandex.
Participants visited 2 gas stations of Neftmagistral network, one of the most successful in terms of operational management in Russia, and asked questions to the directors of gas stations and station managers.
May 31, Minsk
The second day of the session was held in Minsk at the VDS plant and was dedicated to the efficient construction of gas stations.
After the welcoming speech of Alexander Artyukhovich, VDS Company's Managing Director for Standardization and Capital Construction Oleg Podolsky told about innovative technologies and solutions to optimize the capital costs of gas stations.
The guests were given a tour of the VDS factory workshops, demonstrated production facilities, talked about the latest technology and the possibilities of production.
In the afternoon, representatives of Dagestan's fuel companies visited United Company and Belorusneft gas stations.
During the visit to United Company's gas station № 8, the station director spoke about their experience in the retail fuel business in Belarus. The guests were also shown the first super fast charging complex Malanka (Belorusneft Production Association) with an autonomous store in Minsk. A distinctive feature of the complex is the ability to charge electric buses.
VDS has been successfully developing its business in Dagestan market for a long time. Many successful examples of bright and memorable gas stations have been implemented in the region, and customers are most open to trendy and innovative solutions.
