Multifunctional LUKOIL zone on the M-12 Moscow-Kazan highway
In September 2023, PJSC LUKOIL opened the largest gas station in the country with an area of 1200 square meters on the M-12 Moscow-Kazan federal highway! 16 passenger cars and 6 trucks can be refueled at the gas station at the same time.
VDS has developed the architecture of the LUKOIL highway complex, produced and supplied RVI equipment.
Flagman style
The flagship style reflects modern trends and tendencies of industrial design and architecture, creates an attractive image of gas stations and emphasizes their premium nature. Architectural plasticity, laconic and straightforward forms, well-thought-out ergonomics and practicality, which entailed an increase in the height of the canopy and building, undoubtedly make LUKOIL's facilities stand out in the competitive environment.
Prototyping stage
At the prototyping stage, VDS Company introduced new design solutions and technologies for the production and installation of an improved LUKOIL branded K-shaped canopy frieze.
We were tasked with creating an attractive image of the object and adapting planning solutions based on world experience.
The multifunctional highway complex includes premises for various functional purposes: a shop, a cafe, rental areas for trade, utility and technical premises. The total area of the LUKOIL multifunctional zone is 1200 m2, the area of the cantilever canopy is 240 m2.
The gas station provides for the separation of traffic flows for trucks and cars, a comfortable stop for disembarking and boarding passengers of intercity buses, a service building and a "green" recreation area.
On the territory of the station there are two playgrounds for children, a shop with an expanded range of goods, a restaurant, a two-level terrace and an outdoor cafe area, a sports complex, a laundry room, showers and bathrooms, a mother and child room, a pharmacy, equipped places for walking dogs.
In August 2023, the VDS team completed the installation of advertising equipment and the official opening of the station took place.
The new LUKOIL facility is not just a gas station, it is a world—class complex, a real breakthrough in the fuel retail market in Russia!
