LUKOIL mirror multifunctional complex on the M-11 Neva highway
In November 2024, a new flagship LUKOIL gas station complex opened on the M-11 Neva highway near Tver. It has become the largest mirror multifunctional complex in Russia.
VDS has developed the architecture of LUKOIL's flagship-style highway complexes, and is a manufacturer and supplier of RVI equipment. The area of each gas station - 1.3 hectares.
Both mirror gas stations include 9 fuel dispensers for passenger vehicles and 3 fuel dispensers for trucks and buses. More than 100 parking spaces, including covered spaces for motor vehicles, are provided at each station for passenger and freight transport. In addition, there is a children's playground, a workout area, several gazebos, and a dog walking area.
Sales halls with an area of 906 sq. m. are implemented according to an individual layout project. A pharmacy, play areas for children, a mother and child room, and a restaurant are provided in a single service building for visitors. In addition, there are enlarged sanitary areas with showers and laundry modules.
