Large format VDS pylons
Large format image and price pylons are one of the high—tech products of the VDS Company. The height of the combined model with a multimedia display reaches 20 meters.
We implement pylons with the implementation of VDS key competencies and apply verified design solutions, which ensures reliability and efficient operation of the product for a period of 10 years.
• The strength of the product is achieved by accurately calculating the metal frame, taking into account the conditions of wind and snow loads of a particular region, as well as transportation conditions;
• A high degree of corrosion protection of the prefabricated metal frame is provided by hot dip galvanizing;
• The compact flanged connection of the columns does not require mounting welding;
• The light plates and price lines are made with an increased degree of dust and moisture protection, which guarantees the smooth operation of the product;
• Solutions have been applied to ensure maintainability and allow for fast service.
Before the product is delivered to the facility, a test assembly is carried out at the VDS Factory. This stage allows to check all aspects of the assembly and work out the installation technology.
Individual packaging is developed for each stele to avoid damage during transportation and installation of the product.
