Qazaq Oil rebranding: project stages
The project for the comprehensive modernization of the Qazaq Oil network started in the fall of 2020 with the implementation of 11 pilot retail network facilities under the current industrial catalog.
Work according to the VDS methodology allowed us to solve the business tasks of the Customer and bring the new brand to the market in the shortest possible time.

Design development and prototyping
Within a few weeks, with the simultaneous interaction of the VDS project team and the Qazaq Oil team, a large-scale work was carried out to introduce a number of design and technical style improvements.
In March 2021, the first pilot Qazaq Oil filling station in a new style from VDS was implemented.
Technology prototyping and standards development
The next step was the prototyping of technologies and their testing in terms of production and installation at 10 pre-series facilities.
The final stage before the launch of mass production was the development of a basic set of standards and the formatting of network objects.
Mass rebranding. Refinement of standards
For 2 years, 200 gas stations and 250 Qazaq Oil steles were sold, after the first 100 gas stations, the basic standards were finalized and an extended set of manuals was developed.
