Acceptance of Pavilions for Saint Petersburg

Internal acceptance of the new type of pavilions designed and produced for the city of Saint Petersburg has taken place at the VDS plant. Design of the pavilion was developed by VDS in cooperation with the city administration of Saint Petersburg. In the near future, the pavilion will be installed in the center of the city next to Moskovskaya subway station. City officials are planning to visit and assess the facility in June.

Technologies allowing to improve operational characteristics were used in the course of production.

Three-layered concrete floor slab ensures rigidity of the frame. The base is covered with REMMERS epoxy coating, which ensures increased wear resistance.

The pavilion with an area of 15 m² is implemented with the floor heating function. Frameless glazing of the pavilion creates an aesthetically pleasing appearance.

Modular construction technology is actively applied in construction of gas stations. Design solutions employed in this technology make it possible to carry out construction works with reduced time and labor costs of assembly works.

Quick-erect buildings can be used as operator rooms. The structures have small weight, and the construction does not require costly earth works with production of heavy foundations.

Modular construction technology allows to move away from wet processes towards technological assembly. Quick-erect buildings are reliable in operation under seismic and snow loads.
