Modular building of the TAIF operator's room

At the beginning of 2023, TAIF-NK AZS received a request for the development and supply of modular buildings with an operator area of 50 m2. When setting the task, the distinctive characteristics of the TAIF module were determined and the terms of reference were agreed upon.
Design
The development of the TAIF module is carried out according to the proven VDS methodology, which includes the stages of prototyping design and technologies, which allows us to work out and approve design and technical solutions and find the best execution option for launching the series.
In January 2024, a joint acceptance of the TAIF pilot modular building with the Customer took place at the VDS production site in Minsk, where technical issues on the refinement and improvement of the module were discussed.
Design and technology prototyping
In March, VDS implemented the first TAIF pilot module at gas station No. 308 in the suburbs of Kazan. In the shortest possible time, VDS specialists completed a complex of installation and commissioning works.
The next stage will be the implementation of a second pilot prototype of technologies, which will allow testing materials and technologies and launching the product into mass production.
Launching a serial production
Within the framework of the 2024 program, it is planned to implement 7 modular buildings of the TAIF operator.
The VDS module is delivered in full factory readiness, including engineering networks, furniture and commercial equipment. The new product will be an excellent solution for our esteemed Customer, which will allow us to create retail space at the facilities and significantly increase sales of related products and services.
