Acceptance of the second pilot modular building of TAIF - prototype technologies
Today, the VDS Plant hosted the acceptance of the second pilot modular TAIF building (technology prototype) by a Customer representative in the person of Shamil Firdavisovich Zalyalov, Deputy General Director for Operation and Development of TAIF-NK gas station.

As a result of the acceptance, the modular TAIF building was accepted without comments from the Customer, and serial production of products was launched. As part of the 2024 program, it is planned to implement 7 modular TAIF operator buildings, including a design pilot and a technology pilot.
The implementation of the technology pilot allowed us to find the perfect solution for the TAIF brand:
— changes have been made to the design of the facade and interior decoration;
— the color scheme of individual elements has been changed;
— optimized the system of engineering communications;
— all protruding elements outside the structure have been integrated into the building cladding;
— the arrangement of furniture and commercial equipment has been changed.
Installation of the second modular TAIF building with an area of 50 m2 is scheduled for next week at gas station No. 161 near the main attraction of the capital of Tatarstan – the Kazan Kremlin.
Based on the results of the internal acceptance, the VDS Team proposed a number of improvements for implementation on one of the subsequent modular buildings:
— the walls of the sanitary unit room should be decorated with tempered glass;
— optimize the load-bearing elements of the metal frame: the location of the racks, their unification, reduction of the cross section;
— to reconsider the possibility of changing the facade finish in order to reduce the removal of decorative lamellas;
— to design a stainless steel entrance door for integration into a modular building.
