For the STADLER project, VDS has organized a production site with an area of 935 m2 based on an office in Astana. In 2026, it is planned to expand production to 6,230 m2 for the STADLER projects and the QAZAQ OIL Motels. This step allowed VDS to transfer its technological expertise to the territory of Kazakhstan, thereby creating a local school of design and production.
As part of the cooperation on the production of passenger cars for JSC Passenger Transportation, VDS supplies components for ventilation systems, interior view elements, cable ducts, brackets, etc. The range of products supplied includes more than 350 articles. In 2025, it is planned to supply products for 51 wagons, a total of 557 new wagons will be produced by 2030, which will completely update the wagon fleet of the national carrier of Kazakhstan.

Following the visit, the President noted that the implementation of such projects strengthens Kazakhstan's technological independence, increases the level of industrialization and makes railway transport services more comfortable and safer for all citizens.
