Installation of a 20-meter pylon for Tatneft-AZS-North-West

Yesterday, at the highway gas station No. 553 in the Leningrad region, the VDS team completed the installation work of a 20-meter tricycle and multimedia pylon for Tatneft-AZS-North-West.
New design solutions and VDS technologies
— A three-support prefabricated metal frame with complex bolted connections and an anti-corrosion coating made by immersion hot-dip galvanizing;
— The price line is made in a single design and consists of a price block and a block of fuels with an increased degree of dust and moisture protection;
— Compact flanged connection of columns, which does not require a complex welding process during installation;
— Structurally, there are platforms on 3 levels for access from the inside during installation and maintenance of lighting equipment and price lines.
In six days, VDS installation teams mounted and configured a 7-ton pylon with a height of 20 meters. The new product is the dominant style-forming element of the gas station, which forms the perception of the brand and creates a recognizable attractive appearance of the station.
